Space for rent

A bright living room with large windows, white walls, and modern decor. A woman is sitting on a gray armchair, and a young girl is on a blue couch reading a book. There's a white fireplace with decorative items on the mantle, and indoor plants are present. The ceiling has a paper lantern, and artwork hangs on the walls.

SHORT-TERM ROOM RENTAL

Our large open lounge space is available for short-term rent. Ideal for weekend courses like baby first aid, mothers’ circles, or photoshoots. Would suit 10-12 people in our inviting and warm lounge room (see gallery). Rent includes use of toilets, kitchenette and wifi. No admin support, or marketing is included. Please note this is upstairs with no lift access.

Cleaning fee is optional: we can show you where the vacuum is and you can choose to leave the space spotless (as you found it), or we can organise our ASRC cleaners to come afterwards and you pay for their oh-so-worthy time.

Full day $260 including GST

Enquire for weekend availability.

LONG-TERM ROOM RENTAL

If you are a small business that aligns with our values, we may discuss sub-leasing a room.

  • The businesses will be kept completely separate - being part of the Hatched House team and admin is not included.

  • We are a space for women (read more about this here). This is important to us, and our clients who share the space. Thus, your primary clientele would need to align with this and feel comfortable; when sharing the waiting room etc. We do not exclude males from the clinic/space, but this is something for you to be very aware of and can be discussed. Read more about it here.

  • Rent includes: use of shared waiting room, toilets, kitchenette, wifi, outgoings and cleaning. Please note this is upstairs with no lift access.

  • Marketing on the property (such as A-frame or wall signage) are by negotiation and depend on shared/private room rental, as we would not be associated businesses.

  • Full day $160 Including GST (shared space; the room would be used by others on alternate days)

  • Weekly $500 Including GST (your room)

  • Prices listed here are for ongoing room rental only and we currently do not offer half-day rental.

  • References and an ongoing contract are required prior.
