Age Stronger: supporting women to build strong bones, healthy hearts, good balance and functional independence.

Inclusions:

• Age Stronger Assessment‍

  This hour is specifically designed to assess your goals, balance, strength & conditioning and explain results, such as your DEXA scan.

• Age Stronger 1:1 Exercise session

  In this half hour session, your physio will teach you HOW to lift weights safely and correctly. Plus finalise your individual program.

• Age Stronger Review

  This session is booked as a 30min, 1:1 physio consult AFTER you have attended 10 Age Stronger classes. We review your program and reassess your goals, ready to make you stronger.

• Age Stronger Exercise Classes

  This clinical exercise class runs every Thursday at 11am. Once you have done both your introduction sessions, you can join the class. We highly recommend booking 10 classes in a row.

We understand that life gets busy, so if you can’t make it to the class every single week, you can do a make-up class (your 10-class-pack expires after 3 months).

• Education

  We have developed the Age Stronger education component to help you understand WHY this program is so important. Plus, you get to learn from additional allied health experts and doctors. You also to take home a resource bundle and workbook.
