Dietitian services

Empowering women, nourishing children: offering both women’s health & paediatric dietetics.

We believe in creating a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime. Our approach – led by an accredited dietitian – is grounded in the motto "food first", focusing on a whole-food approach instead of calorie tracking.

Whether you’re looking for specialised nutrition guidance during pregnancy, support for starting solids or managing specific medical conditions, we provide professional guidance in a safe space. We believe that maternal and child health are fundamentally interconnected and equally important for the wellbeing of both mother and child.

With an emphasis on promoting overall health and wellbeing, our team is committed to providing personalised care to meet the unique needs of each individual and family

Goal-focused recommendations

Together, you’ll outline your health goals, whether related to a healthy pregnancy, managing a medical condition, improving your relationship with food or improving general nutrition.

Clear follow-up steps

After your consultation, our dietitian will summarise recommended dietary changes, resources and optional follow-up appointments for ongoing support. We also offer online consultations for clients who prefer remote support. You may be entitled to rebates through your private health insurance or Medicare.
