I’m one of the only physiotherapists in Australia with post-graduate qualifications in both Pelvic Floor & Continence Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine.

I have a special interest in treating:

  • incontinence

  • prolapse

  • pelvic pain

  • female athletes

  • pregnancy and postnatal exercise & sport

  • LBGTIQA+ pelvic health

  • survivors of trauma.

I have a paper Exercise After Pregnancy in the Australian Journal of General Practice.

I’m a Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner and clinical Pilates instructor.

I enjoy public speaking on women’s health issues and have presented at various national conferences including:

  • Victorian Pelvic Pain Symposium, The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Complex Pain

  • Sports Medicine Australia National Conference, The Perinatal Athlete

  • Cricket Australia National SSMA Conference, Pelvic Floor Health & Athletic Performance

Outside of work, my family is my world. I love my husband Scott and our kids - Emilia and Max. I play hockey and I like to make ceramics (albeit poorly).
